eGo E-Cigarettes: The Ultimate Guide
The eGo vape pen is perhaps the most popular model of e-cigarette ever created. First released in 2010, millions upon millions of eGo e-cigarettes have been sold to vapers around the world — and with each new product generation, the eGo electronic cigarette becomes a more reliable, more satisfying and higher-performance vaping device. Here at Euro Vape, we stand by the eGo e-cigarette as the best e-cig for smokers ready to take the plunge and convert to vaping. If you’re ready to quit, the eGo is the e-cigarette you want — and we’re about to explain why.
This is our ultimate guide to the eGo e-cigarette. Whether you’re already an eGo owner or are considering buying an eGo e-cigarette, you’ll find the answers to all of your questions here.
Why Is the eGo E-Cigarette the Best E-Cigarette for Beginners?
The eGo e-cigarette is the best e-cigarette for beginners because it works reliably and has the vapour production necessary to satisfy smokers. Unlike an e-cigarette that uses pre-filled disposable cartridges, the eGo e-cigarette uses a tank that you can fill with any e-liquid you like. Buying an eGo e-cigarette doesn’t just mean that you’ll have the luxury of choosing from hundreds of different e-liquids. It also means that you’ll pay less to vape because pre-filled cartridges cost far more than bottled e-liquids.

What Should I Do if the eGo E-Cigarette Doesn’t Produce Vapour?
If you get no vapour from your eGo e-cigarette, the first thing that you should do is press the button five times quickly. If the battery is locked, pressing the button five times unlocks it and allows you to resume vaping. If you still have a problem, make sure that the battery is charged. If you still can’t get your eGo e-cigarette to work, trying a different tank or battery can help you isolate the faulty component.

How Do I Use the eGo E-Cigarette?
Using the eGo e-cigarette is easy! After filling the tank and charging the battery, simply hold the button and puff to vape. Take long, slow puffs to generate bigger vapour clouds. Always keep a spare CE5 clearomizer around because you’ll need a new tank every week or two.

How Do I FIll and Clean a CE5 Clearomizer?
Fill your CE5 clearomizer by twisting off the black mouthpiece and carefully adding e-liquid until the liquid level matches the top marker on the outside of the clearomizer. If you’re filling the clearomizer for the first time, wait a few minutes for the e-liquid to soak into the clearomizer’s wick. It’s usually unnecessary to clean a clearomizer. If you want to remove the flavour of an e-liquid, though, you can clean the clearomizer by swishing it in warm water. Don’t resume vaping with that clearomizer until it is completely dry.

Can I Use My eGo E-Cigarette With Other Clearomizers and Tanks?
Yes. Although we believe we’ve selected the clearomizer that provides the best combination of vapour production and battery life, you’re free to use any tank or clearomizer you like. The resistance of the tank’s atomizer coil must be within the eGo battery’s safe range. Do not use a tank with an atomizer coil resistance below about 1.8 ohms.

What Nicotine Strength Should I Use in My eGo E-Cigarette?
If you currently smoke, we recommend starting with our highest nicotine strength – 12 mg – when you first switch to vaping. You can always buy a lower nicotine strength later if you decide that you’d like to reduce your nicotine intake. During the initial days after you switch to vaping, though, it’s important to maintain consistent nicotine levels. If you find the vapour from your e-cigarette unpleasant to inhale, you should try an e-liquid with a lower nicotine strength.

Should I Use My eGo E-Cigarette With PG or VG E-Liquids?
At Euro Vape, we sell e-liquids with a blend of 70 percent VG and 30 percent PG. Because PG enhances throat hit and VG enhances vapour production, you’ll generally find an e-liquid with a blend of PG and VG most enjoyable in your eGo e-cigarette. If you use a “high VG” or “max VG” e-liquid, you’ll need to wait a while after each puff to ensure full saturation of the wick in your tank. High-VG e-liquids are very thick and flow slowly through the clearomizer’s small wick openings.

How do I Charge an eGo E-Cigarette Battery Safely?
We recommend charging your eGo e-cigarette battery only with the included USB adapter connected to your computer or with an approved mains adapter from Euro Vape. If you must use a third-party charging adapter at your own risk, examine the sticker on the bottom of the Euro Vape USB charging adapter. Compare the voltage and milliamps shown in the “Input” section to the same numbers in the “Output” section of your mains adapter. The numbers should match. Never charge any lithium-ion battery unattended, and always disconnect the charger when the charge cycle is complete.
